Emergency Alert
On April 25, we were shocked to learn the legislature may adjourn on May 7 without providing any new funding for private provider agencies. This means a 0% COLA increase to the organizations you work for and the children they support.
GOVERNOR RELL AND LEGISLATIVE LEADERS HAVE DECIDED TO IGNORE THE MOST VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN THIS STATE AND THE FAMILIES AND EMPLOYEES THAT SUPPORT THEM.
Tell them you can’t make it anymore. Gasoline is now $3.80 a gallon and food prices are up 5% to 7% over last year. Let them know you won’t forget their disgraceful actions in the next election. Shame on them.
